Running

So today is about running. What i enjoy most about running is the exhilarating wind blowing against your body. Nature also plays a big part in running. I love nature but don't call me a tree hugger lol. Running also greatly improves your body because you lose weight, feel better, and over time develop better respiration. These are only some of the good affects of running! So if you like to run or even jog, i salute you, and if you don't well get out there and do it because it sure is funnnn!!
